STARTERS

Potato parsnip and leek soup (Vegan)

Topped with dairy free cream, served with warm seeded bread.

Celery

Potted ham hock

Home cooked gammon ham with onions, thyme and crème fraiche.

Served with toasted bread and sliced pickles.

Salmon and king prawn salad cups (DF)

Ribbons of smoked salmon and king prawns tossed in home made marie rose sauce,

Served in gem lettuce cups and sprinkled with chilli flakes and paprika.

Fish

MAIN COURSE

Turkey with all the trimmings (DF)

Served with roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, roasted carrots and parsnips,

pig in blanket, stuffing and sauteed shredded brussel sprouts. Topped with rich meat gravy.

Chestnut, mushroom and squash pastry parcel (V)

Served with all the trimmings as above, with a rich veggie gravy.

(Mushroom nut roast available without the yorkshire pudding for Vegan option)

Breadcrumb crusted Salmon (DF)

Fillet of salmon rolled in herbed breadcrumbs, roasted. Served with crushed new potatoes tumbled with garden peas and leeks. Served with a creamy white wine and dill sauce.

Boxing day cold cuts (DF)

Sliced cold turkey and gammon ham, with cabbage and leek bubble and squeak. Served with sliced pickles, beetroot and chutney, with side of meat gravy.

DESSERTS

Cranberry and amaretto cheesecake

Baked vanilla cheesecake swirled with cranberries and amaretto on a GF biscuit base. Topped with cranberry syrup and icing sugar.

Boozy morello cherry bread pudding (DF)

Bread soaked with DF custard and vanilla with morello cherries. Drizzled with cherry liquer, topped and toasted with brown sugar.

Sulphites Soy

Christmas pudding parfait (Vegan)

Layers of vegan christmas pudding and DF custard. Topped with DF whipped cream, toasted almonds and grated DF chocolate.

Sulphites Nuts Soy

Dairy free custard, cream or vanilla ice cream available.

specific dietary requirements, please let us know. We may be able to amend the dish accordingly.
